What we're looking for

Doodle is looking for an experienced Account Executive to become a member of our Revenue team. This is a hands-on role, where you have proven the ability to manage an entire sales cycle, as well as been a part of building Revenue process best practices.

An Account Executive to join our family. If you are an established SaaS sales rep that is driven by great products, solving problems, and building teams then this is the place for you!

Ideally, you have

  • 1+ years experience as an Account Executive at a SaaS company
  • Grit and are an adaptable self-starter who is excited to work in a start-up environment
  • Experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills that establish credibility with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

What the role involves

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Educate customers on the value of Doodle
  • Identify customer needs to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, adoption, upgrade, and renewal
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team (solutions engineers, customer success, leadership, etc.) to build a world-class Revenue team. You will be a founding member!
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
  • Handle all customer communication and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
