What we're looking for

The Growth Manager is responsible for leading customer acquisition, activation and retention for Doodle’s paid plans, working in concert with marketing, product, design and engineering teams to optimize conversion rates. You will lead efforts to run tests, analyze and iterate strategies to drive key company metrics. The ideal candidate will have a mix of experience working across teams, especially working with acquisition-focused marketing teams, and customer-focused product teams.

What this role involves

  • You will partner with product and marketing teams to develop and optimize the conversion funnel, with an emphasis on activating free users to trial and trial users to paid through optimization-focused tests on landing pages and within the Doodle product.
  • You will lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, marketers, data analysts and engineers to quickly ideate, select, implement and test across platforms.
  • You will assess possible growth experiments and build processes to determine experiments to implement, focusing on hooks within the product to drive high-converting trials.
  • You will work with the creative team on landing pages and lead generation forms for B2B content to distribute through relevant digital paid channels (display, SEM, social media) to better identify and target prospective clients.
  • You will be responsible for campaigns from conception to execution all the way to tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead overall site conversion rate optimization - including free-to-trial conversion; trial-to-paid conversion; and retention rate.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on important metrics to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.
  • Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns.
  • Evangelize growth philosophy to teams across the company

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics or other related field.
  • 5+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing or product management, B2B SaaS experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of product management principles and experience working with digital marketing teams.
  • Expertise using data to analyze and deeply understand users' behavior across the entire user journey
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with multiple partners inside and outside Doodle
  • Great communication skills to build consensus across teams
