Doodle is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to be a founding member of our Revenue team. You will be a pivotal part in establishing strategy, process, and initiatives inside the business. This is a hands-on role, where you have proven the ability to manage the full lead funnel, as well as been a part of working inside a sales stack and building our lead flow best practices. 

If you are a passionate revenue minded person who has 1+ years of experience and driven by great products, solving problems, and building teams then this is the place for you!

With us, you will

  • Own the full lead funnel and pioneer the lead flow process 
  • Work with leadership to build a sales strategy and process that converts business leads to opportunities 
  • Work with Product and Marketing on overall business strategy to best target our market 
  • Implement a test & learn approach to use data-driven insights to make media investment decisions
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
  • Be the internal & external expert within Doodle
  • Own and be a part of building our Revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Clearbit, Drift, etc.) 

What we expect from you

  • 1+ years experience in sales, ideally in SaaS 
  • Fluent in German mandatory if applying for Berlin 
  • Working side by side with teammates to build out workflows and challenge the status quo 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Self-starter, high energy, adaptable, inquisitive and excited to work in a start-up environment
