Who We’re Looking For
Doodle is looking for a driven Account Executive to become a member of our Revenue team. This is a hands-on role, where you have proven the ability to manage an entire sales cycle, as well as been part of building Revenue process best practices.
An Account Executive to join us. If you are an established SaaS sales rep that is driven by great products, solving problems, and building teams then this is the place for you.
Ideally, You Have
- 2+ years experience as an Account Executive at a SaaS company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Hungry attitude and are an adaptable self-starter who is excited to work in a start-up environment
- Experience in up-sell and expansion opportunities
- Experience with outbound leads and sales process
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills that establish credibility with stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc
- Experience in Sales and Business development
- Experience in Account expansion and upselling
- Extensive experience establishing and building value in Mid-market and Enterprise Accounts
- Self-starter, high energy, adaptable, inquisitive and excited to work in a start-up environment
What the Role Involves
- Owning the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Educating customers on the value of Doodle
- Owning outreach, activity, and follows sales process/methodology
- Collaborating with other members of the sales team (solutions engineers, customer success, leadership, etc.) to build a world-class Revenue team
- Responsibility for Quota attainment
- Ability to forecast and manage pipeline
- Serving as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas
- Handling all prospect communication and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
