To strengthen our Global team, based at our offices in Berlin OR Zurich, we are searching for a:

HEAD of GROWTH MARKETING

Your tasks & responsibilities:

• Develop the growth plan to drive new freemium users and self-service subscription revenue
• Help build a world class technical and content SEO function for Doodle
• Scale marketing automation strategy and execution for Doodle’s 25M monthly visitors
• Own the marketing website - content & copy, onsite communication, and lead generation

Your profile:

• 5+ years’ experience leading growth/marketing for self-service > $10M+ ARR
• 8+ years hands-on experience with technical SEO, marketing automations, and website management
• Resilient mindset; able to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Deep experience working with data to target audiences and score leads
