Who We’re Looking For

We need an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team.

You will be managing, designing and owning one of our value streams with your own scrum team. You will become a scheduling expert who creates the best user experience on the market and focuses on outcomes instead of output.

What the Role Involves / Areas of Responsibility

  • Work with users, customers and stakeholders to write and prioritize requirements
  • Maintain and prioritise the product roadmap
  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Define and analyse metrics that ensure the product's success
  • Represent and communicate product vision and mission.
  • Manage four risks of the product:
    1. Value risk (whether customers will buy it or users will choose to use it)
    2. Usability risk (whether users can figure out how to use it)
    3. Feasibility risk (whether our engineers can build what we need with the time, skills and technology we have)
    4. Business viability risk (whether this solution also works for the various aspects of our business)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  •  A seasoned PM and have overseen multiple products through their entire lifecycle.
  •  Aware how frontend developers and designer work and apply your knowledge when creating concepts & designs
  •  Pragmatic and take an evidence-based approach to problem solving.
  •  Data-driven and understand the balance between business requirements and technical needs
  • Excellent knowledge of, and experience with, agile product development processes (e.g., SCRUM or Kanban)
  • Have a structured and methodical way of working and leading complex cross- functional projects
  • Ability to work across geographies and cultures, international experience a plus
  • Fluent in English
