Who We’re Looking For

An experienced SMB Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing CS team responsible for delivering value and increasing retention of our SMB customers. We are looking for someone who wants to make a direct impact and improve retention by incorporating a combination of proactive outreach and automation.

On a day to day basis, you will be working with customers to onboard them quickly, prove ROI and remove any roadblocks along the way. You will be considered an expert in Doodle products, and will take pleasure in coaching our customers to success

Ideally, You Have

  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success
  • Experience working with SaaS organizations and promoting value through customer experience
  • Empathetic positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • An exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive relationships both internally and with our customers
  • Analytical skills, with the capability to translate data into insights
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • A passion for collaboration and continuous learning
  • Experience with Gainsight is a plus
  • Fluency in English

What the Role Involves

  • Own the success and health of your assigned clients by developing strategies aimed to increase engagement and revenue while mitigating churn
  • Drive success throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding through adoption, expansion, renewal, and advocacy.
  • Leverage technology to proactively engage with customers at scale regarding Doodle's value, upsell opportunities, and upcoming renewals
  • Become a trusted advisor; develop consultative relationships with assigned territory of customers by delivering value and sharing best practices
  • Drive product adoption and usage of Doodle throughout the customer journey
  • Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Design, Sales, Product, Support, etc. to act as the voice of the customer internally

We’re not a huge company so our team structure enables us to quickly implement new ideas before they get stale on the corporate ladder. Everyone here is encouraged to contribute or experiment, and if we’re in agreement about a new decision we go for it.
