Who We’re Looking For

A Director of Sales to join our family. This multi-faceted role will focus on developing our sales strategy, building and leading our sales team, and selling to enterprise prospects.  

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS company and help shape and scale the sales organization. We’re looking for someone energetic and detail-oriented who is passionate about getting their hands dirty while building a sales team that will scale.  The ideal candidate will be motivated by building, managing and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team; creating a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals.  

 

 

Ideally, You Have

  • 8+ years experience in SaaS, preferably with 5+ years as an individual contributor and 3+ years leading SaaS sales teams
  • Previous SaaS industry experience, ideally selling productivity tools (Slack, Asana, Monday, etc)
  • Hands-on full sales cycle experience (funnel building, pipeline management, target setting, coaching the team, participating in customer calls...)
  • Experience in hiring and developing best-in-class SaaS sales teams
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup environment
  • Ability to work cross-funcitonally, especially with Demand Generation, Growth and Product
  • A deep knowledge of sales support software and a vision for how to implement in the organization
  • Comfort working in an organizations where processes still need to be defined

 

What the Role Involves

  • Leading a sales team (based in Atlanta, Berlin and Zürich) - SMB, Enterprise 
  • Planning and managing at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Working very closely with the CEO  and the existing Revenue leads defining and adapting the Company's B2B addressable market, segmenting it and defining the go to market strategy. 
  • Building a 12-month sales plan, setting ARR goals and defining the strategy, tools and staff needed to hit targets. Managing a team of sales professionals responsible for driving the B2B sales activities. Drive and monitor the sales activities and forecast the order intake (ARR). 
  • Instituting processes for monitoring the progress and quality of the Sales team 
  • Analyzing and reporting on performance metrics for matters within the scope of your authority and responsibility to facilitate overall Company tactical and strategic decision making.
  • Collaborating with the product team ensuring the market feedback in order to help building/improving the product
  • Collaboration with the marketing team setting and defining the needs in term of demand generation

Team & Culture

We're a tight-knit team of 70 (or so) spread out over four different countries. We’ve got our home-base in Zurich and awesome offices in Berlin, Belgrade, Atlanta, and NYC. 

We’re not a huge company so our team structure enables us to quickly implement new ideas before they get stale on the corporate ladder. Everyone here is encouraged to contribute or experiment, and if we’re in agreement about a new decision we go for it.
